Youth mobilization backed worldwide for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals supported by CYMS.
The Committee of Youth on Mobilisation and Sensitisation (CYMS) marked the 2025 United Nations International Youth Day in Abuja with a series of nationwide activities aimed at deepening youth engagement in the sustainable development agenda. Led by Chief Obinna Nwaka, who is recognised as the Best Youth Minister in Nigeria's history, CYMS remains at the forefront of nurturing informed, empowered, and action-oriented young Nigerians.
The theme for this year's International Youth Day is 'Local Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond.' CYMS's mission for the year is aligned with this theme, with a focus on empowering Nigerian youth as key drivers of societal transformation.
