Jenith Mishne, who previously served as the principal of Killybrooke Elementary School, understands the importance of making school employees feel supported and well-informed from the outset. This approach, she believes, can significantly reduce teacher turnover and stress.

New teachers and staff are paid to arrive before school begins, and HR staff and school leaders discuss healthcare and other benefits during the orientation process.
The new teacher orientation process, designed by Jenith Mishne, is designed to make the experience of starting work for the district as painless as possible.
