The People Support Associate will serve as the frontline for employee HR-related inquiries, managing Tier 0 and Tier 1 colleague requests. They will resolve or triage tickets through FreshService, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and accurately. This role involves drafting termination letters and supporting administrative offboarding tasks, maintaining precise documentation and compliance throughout the process.
Candidates should possess 2-4 years of HR, shared services, or administrative support experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to supporting employee lifecycle processes, including terminations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with HRIS and ticketing systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are essential for this position.
