Hnoss is well-reviewed and recognized for its quality, consistently ranking among the top restaurants in Reykjavik according to traveler reviews on platforms like Tripadvisor.

Running a kitchen requires good communication and negotiation skills, skills that Fanney gained from her education in social work. Today, Fanney Dóra Sigurjónsdóttir is an acclaimed chef and restaurateur, actively managing a successful establishment in one of Iceland's premier cultural locations, Harpa Concert Hall.
