The Koehler Group, a family-owned enterprise, has secured the BEST PLACE TO LEARN® certification following a rigorous assessment by certification agency AUBI-plus. The company scored an impressive 1,119 out of 1,337 points, underscoring its unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional professional training to young talent.

The BEST PLACE TO LEARN® seal of approval is recognized across industries and is awarded to outstanding training providers. The certification evaluates a comprehensive set of criteria, encompassing recruitment and onboarding practices for apprentices, training content, trainer expertise, and career opportunities. The survey, comprising inputs from 151 apprentices, former apprentices, trainers, and training officers at Koehler, confirmed the company's dedication to maintaining its high training standards despite growing challenges such as an increase in apprentices and expanding apprenticeship areas.

Accelerated Progress Toward Sustainability Goals
Training and development is a top priority for the Koehler Group, which currently has 109 apprentices and students across five sites in Germany. With a training rate of 4.8% in 2024, the company has already exceeded its 2030 sustainability objective of a minimum 4% training rate, demonstrating its long-term commitment to sustainable and future-oriented HR development.
