Position Holder: Technological Learning Solutions Manager
Andela, a leading company extending engineering teams with the most talented software developers, is currently seeking a Senior Learning Ops & Delivery Manager. The Senior Learning Ops & Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, from curriculum scoping through delivery, certification, and post-program deployment. The role is focused on data-driven and outcomes-oriented learning programs, ensuring measurable client and learner outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in learning & development, technical training, or program delivery roles, with at least 3 years of managing teams. They should possess a strong executive presence, exceptional executive stakeholder abilities, and a proven record of designing and delivering enterprise learning programs in technical domains.
Strong people leadership skills and demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership are essential, as the manager will partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Talent Ops to design scalable programs that are revenue-generating, certification-driven, and tightly integrated with Andela's Talent Cloud.
Andela caters to specialized disciplines such as Application Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Data & Analytics, with over 30 specific use cases. Familiarity with technical certification ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, GitHub Copilot, etc.) is a plus.
