Construction on a new kindergarten is set to commence, with Omsk-skirting developer, "Dogma,"Footnote1 footnote name="1" symbol="[1]">[1] self-financing the project. The three-story facility, slated for completion in May 2027, will be located in the Novoy Moskovke neighborhood's Svetlovsky Street—an expansion of the "Snegyri" residential complex. The total area, surpassing 5,300 square meters, will comfortably welcome 290 little learners[1].
Dogma-Omsk, a specialized contractor Footnote1 footnote name="1" symbol="[1]">[1], signed a tripartite agreement in March 2022 with the region's governing body, led by former head Alexander Burkov, the Omsk administration, and the aforesaid developer.
By 2034's end, the living quarters in "Snegyri" are projected to span 328,000 square meters—equivalent to 7,577 apartments[2]. In addition to the preschool, Dogma also plans to enhance the adjoining birch forest and create compensatory wetlands.
