MTS to organize career fair for Yakutsk residents
In a significant step towards social inclusion, Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), a leading Russian telecommunications company, has announced the launch of its "Career Without Limits" marathon in the Republic of Yakutia. This initiative is aimed at providing equal opportunities for professional growth for individuals with disabilities.
The marathon, hosted by MTS's digital ecosystem, is open to residents of Yakutia until September 30, 2025. Registration for the career marathon can be completed at inclusion-mts.ru.

During the marathon, participants will learn to create effective resumes using AI verification and practice interviews, receiving feedback from MTS HR. The career marathon continues to help individuals with disabilities build their careers by offering them a supportive and accessible environment.
