Mogilev Cadet Alexandra Shvedova Wins Regional 'Student of the Year'

Alexandra Shvedova, a cadet from the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has made waves in the United States. She recently won the 'Student of the Year' competition, earning her a spot at the national event. The rector of the Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technology, Maxim Kirkor, showed his support by attending the regional contest.

The regional 'Student of the Year' competition saw representatives from five universities, including Mogilev State University and the Belarusian State Agrarian Academy. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm, as supporters waved university balloons and flags, and held motivational posters. Alexandra Shvedova, a recipient of the special presidential fund stipend and the Minister of Internal Affairs' badge 'For Excellence', stood out among her peers. She has previously won the 'Cadet of the Year' competition and participated in 'Miss Studenthood'.

Shvedova's versatility is evident in her involvement in dancing, self-defense, and scientific conferences. Her aspirations include becoming a district police inspector in the future. Second place went to Nina Petrovskaya from Mogilev State University, and Nikolai Dikalenko from the Belarusian State Agrarian Academy took third place.

Alexandra Shvedova's victory in the regional 'Student of the Year' competition has set her on a path to represent Mogilev at the national level. Her achievements and aspirations reflect her dedication and potential in her chosen field.
