Manage Anger Effectively: 'Changing Instead of Getting Angry' Course Starts Oct 9

Dormagen's Volkshochschule is hosting a course titled 'Changing Instead of Getting Angry', starting October 9, 2023. The course explores how anger can be traced back to personal evaluations and demonstrates that changes begin in one's own thinking. Registrations are open until Monday, October 6, with a participation fee of 16 euros.

The course, running from 6:30 PM to 8:45 PM, aims to show that reactions to certain triggers are not inevitable and that there is room for maneuver. It will use examples to illustrate this concept. The Catholic Adult Education in the Diocese of Münster is offering this training and has a few spots left. Further information can be found at VHS, Langemarkstraße 1-3, online at www.vhsour website, or by phone at 02133 257 4179.
