Lease Purchase Options and Warranty Details Available for New Customers at Mullen News
Mullen Automotive has announced a new lease program for its Class 1 electric cargo van, the Mullen ONE, called bizEV. The lease option starts at $475 per month, plus applicable taxes and fees, and includes scheduled vehicle maintenance. This turnkey lease program is targeted towards well-qualified buyers, including individuals, small businesses, and fleets, and is designed to cater to the needs of small businesses, offering flexible and affordable options to experience the benefits of Mullen ONE ownership.
The Mullen ONE is purpose-built for urban last-mile delivery and is currently available for sale at an MSRP of $34,500. The vehicle is in compliance with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and has received Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") and CARB certifications.
Meanwhile, Mullen Automotive's Class 3 commercial vehicles have also found a home with DB Schenker, a global leader in transportation and logistics. The company has purchased four electric vehicles from Mullen Automotive for use on Intel's technology campus in Chandler, Arizona. The Mullen Class 3 electric trucks, designed for low-speed, closed-campus use, have class-leading cargo capacity.
The City of Dublin, Ohio has also joined the electric vehicle revolution, purchasing a Mullen Class 3 electric truck for municipal use.
In other news, Bollinger Motors, the American electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced several significant developments. James Taylor, a former General Motors executive, has been named CEO of Bollinger Motors, replacing Robert Bollinger who will remain on the company's Board of Directors and as a founding shareholder.
The Bollinger B4, an all-electric Class 4 commercial truck, is designed from the ground up with extensive fleet and upfitter input and is expected to begin deliveries in the second half of 2024. Bollinger Motors has also released its full warranty coverage for the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, which includes bumper-to-bumper coverage for 3 years/36,000 miles, powertrain coverage for 5 years/50,000 miles, high voltage battery coverage for 8 years/100,000 miles, and more.
However, there is no publicly available information about companies that have signed maintenance contracts with Bollinger Motors' B4 Chassis Cab in the past weeks. Bollinger Motors has reached several milestones recently, including the addition of dealers and service centers, the supply of battery packs, and the management of vehicle assembly operations.
The all-electric Mullen THREE, a Class 3 low cab forward EV truck with a 125-mile range, is eligible for a $15,000 incentive through the State of Massachusetts MOR-EV program and a $45,000 cash rebate voucher through the California Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Program (HVIP).
Interested customers can order the Mullen ONE at MullenUSA.com or through a Mullen authorized dealership. The Bollinger B4 is currently not available for order, but more information can be found on the Bollinger Motors website.
As cities and businesses continue to embrace electric vehicles, it's clear that the future of transportation is electric. Both Mullen Automotive and Bollinger Motors are at the forefront of this revolution, offering innovative and sustainable solutions for commercial vehicles.
