Krasnodar's Education Boom: 8857 Educators, 8000+ New Seats, and Incentives for Teachers
Krasnodar's education sector has seen significant growth and support in 2025. The number of educators has risen to 8857, with new schools and initiatives introduced to enhance the sector.
The city has opened five new schools with a total of 7725 seats and two educational blocks with 300 and 400 seats, accommodating over 204,000 students. This expansion reflects the municipality's commitment to news.
To attract and retain new specialists, Krasnodar offers various support measures. These include monthly payments of up to 25,000 rubles for mortgage and 15,000 rubles for housing rent, as well as 25,000-ruble grants for young educators. Additionally, competitions and innovative projects can earn teachers bonuses of up to 50,000 rubles.
Yevgeny Naumov, the head of Krasnodar, expressed gratitude to educators for their dedication and patience. He also launched a targeted training program for young educators, funded by the city budget.
