Job Opening Announcement for Non-Governmental Organization
The non-governmental organisation (NGO), Forward Looking, has announced job vacancies for a Field Coordinator and a Livelihood Coordinator under their Empowerment Project of the Person with Disabilities (EPP) and the ONGD-FNEL project.
The Field Coordinator-EPP role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, development cooperation, or a relevant field, and a minimum of three years of experience in project cycle management. The successful candidate should possess expertise in results-based management, rights-based approach, monitoring, evaluation, advocacy, report writing, and capacity building of persons with disabilities.
Similarly, the Livelihood Coordinator role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, development cooperation, or a relevant field, and a minimum of three years of experience in Livelihood project management. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate expertise in the aforementioned areas. Knowledge of and experience from the field of disability/rights of persons with disabilities would be an added value for both roles.
The positions are likely to be based on a results-based and rights-based approach. The NGO does not specify a preference for candidates from specific regions or countries.
