Jharkhand Board 12th results unveiled on jacresults.com: Examinee's awaiting their Science and Commerce results can now view their scores via the official website.
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the Class 12 results for the Science and Commerce streams on May 31, 2025, at 12:30 PM. The results can be accessed on the official board website - jacresults.com.
State Education Minister Shri Ramdas Soren officially revealed the results during a press conference. Approximately 4.5 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exams and 3.3 lakh students for the Class 12 exams across more than 1,200 centers in the state.
Students can also verify their results through SMS and DigiLocker, providing alternative ways to access their marks in the event of heavy traffic on the official websites.
With high pass percentages across all streams and several top-ranked students in 2024, this year's results were eagerly anticipated. The science pass percentage reached 79.26%, climbing by 7% from the previous year, while commerce saw a 2% increase, standing at 91.2%.
To check their results, students should:
- Visit jacresults.com or jac.jharkhand.gov.in.
- Click on the relevant result link, either 'Results of Annual Secondary Examination - 2025' for secondary results or 'Annual Higher Secondary Examination Result - 2025' for higher secondary results.
- Enter the roll code and roll number and submit the details to view the results and download the mark sheet for future reference.
JAC follows a lenient grace marks system, awarding up to 5% grace marks to students who fail a subject by 5% or less. Students who miss passing marks by less than 3% in two subjects may receive up to 3% grace marks per subject.
The supplementary exams for students failing in one or two subjects will be held in June/July 2025. For updated information and related details, students can refer to the official JAC website.
