III Youth Career Forum 'Work is Cool' Kicks Off in Tomsk
The III Youth Career Forum 'Work is Cool' has commenced in Tomsk, bringing together students, high school students, and employers. Over three thousand young individuals are participating to explore modern professions across various industries. The forum, held at the Drama Theater and attended by Governor Vladimir Mazur, aims to ensure кадровую безопасность for the region and assist young people in making informed career decisions.
The forum, which coincides with a field session of the State Duma Committee on Youth Affairs, is supported by leading companies such as 'Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk', 'Sibagro', 'Tomskneftekhim', and others. These companies are showcasing over 50 professions through professional trials. The event also features a 'Professions Digest' platform, lectures by HR specialists, and career counseling from the 'Russian Labor' recruitment center. Tomsk enterprises have created conditions for youth development and career realization across different sectors. Chairman Artem Metelev and Governor Vladimir Mazur expressed pride in Tomsk residents and highlighted opportunities for education and work in various sectors.
