Deputy Minister of Construction, Yulia Sirova, shares that the constructed housing has been solely funded by regional funds. Despite challenges like harsh climatic conditions, remote objects, and lack of technological capacity, the construction doesn't slow down. By 2025, the region plans to build an additional 18 houses, with two already in progress.
