Gymnasium No. 18 Celebrates Students' German Language Success

Gymnasium No. 18 in Almaty celebrated its learners' accomplishments at a certificate presentation ceremony. The event was honoured by the presence of General Consul Matthias Kiesler, Wolfgang Faust, and Ute Dewald. The school, recognised as a language diploma centre since 2014, has seen many learners excel in German language exams.

Linara Uscurbakieva and Margarita Sporova were among the successful learners. Uscurbakieva passed the DSD 1 exam after six months of dedicated preparation. Sporova, who has been learning German for nine years, achieved the same feat last year. In 2025, a remarkable 33 learners from the school passed the DSD I exam, demonstrating the institution's commitment to language education.

Ajaulym Elshibekova, another proud learner, passed the DSD I exam after three years of learning German. The ceremony was filled with emotional stories as learners shared their experiences, struggles, and joy. Aidana Rackimbekova, who passed the B1 exam, plans to take the DSD 2 exam next, showing the school's continuous support for learners' academic growth.

Gymnasium No. 18's commitment to German language education was evident at the ceremony. With numerous learners passing the DSD I exam and planning to pursue further studies, the school continues to inspire and support its learners' academic pursuits in the German language.
