Gazprom Neft Hosts 16th Professional Skills Competition
For the 16th consecutive year, Gazprom Neft held its Professional Skills Competition, attracting over 2,000 participants in regional qualifying rounds. The final competition, held at five locations including St. Petersburg and the Gladkoye fuel terminal in the Leningrad region, saw the participation of over 170 specialists.
The competition served as a platform for professionals to exchange experiences, test their knowledge, and learn from each other. This year, a new addition was made to the event as students from specialized vocational schools visited competition venues for the first time. This allowed them to gain insights into various professions on fuel and logistics facilities and tour production sites.
Among the finalists was Oksana Feoktistova, an operator from Krasnodar, and Valentina Vitkovskaya, who won first place in the "Best Deputy Manager of a Filling Station" category in the federal competition. Sergei Nikitchuk also made an impression, coming third in the "Best Metrologist" category.
The competition included a showcase of driving skills for tanker drivers, demonstrating the precision and expertise required in these roles. Participants in the competition were entered into the talent pool of highly qualified specialists, furthering Gazprom Neft's commitment to fostering professional growth.
