City Library Expands Digital Offerings with Westleihe24 and Libby App
The city library is enhancing its digital library services, offering patrons a comprehensive ecosystem for e-book reading and digital media consumption.
Starting now, library members can access Westleihe24, a digital lending service that enables borrowing of e-books, audiobooks, and more from home or on the go. This service, accessible via participating libraries, allows users to browse, borrow, and read digital content with ease[1].
In addition, the user-friendly Libby app—developed by OverDrive—offers a vast collection of e-books, audiobooks, and magazines, available through libraries that partner with OverDrive’s digital collection. With Libby, users can download or stream digital titles directly to their devices, including smartphones, tablets, and e-readers, and enjoy features like adjustable text size, bookmarks, and offline reading[1].
