Development of Windermere Marina advances significantly as building constructions are nearing completion

In the heart of the picturesque Windermere Marina Village, Caddick Construction is nearing the completion of an ambitious project that promises to further elevate the popular holiday destination. The development, which includes 25 exclusive properties, is expected to be sold out before the end of the year, according to Jason Dearden, Managing Director of Windermere Marina Ltd.

Many of these properties have already been sold off-plan, a testament to the high demand for luxury living with a waterfront view. The development surrounds the modern 400 berth marina, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the Boathouse Bar and Restaurant.

The 23 luxury apartments and 2 townhouses, built in locally sourced stone and slate, are of the highest specification. This development, led by Caddick Construction, is further strengthening the Kendal office of the construction company, which has recently completed the Furness Peninsula Blue Light Hub project at Ulverston and the Gateway 44 Retail Park in Carlisle.

Jason Dearden believes the development will create more vitality at the popular destination, boosting the local economy. He suggests that the influx of residents and visitors will contribute positively to the region, especially during the peak tourist season.

Caddick Construction's work at Windermere Marina Village is not their first venture in Cumbria. The Kendal office has been involved in building a variety of luxury car dealerships across the county. The Windermere Marina development, with its exclusive properties and prime location less than a mile to the south of Bowness on Windermere, is set to be another feather in their cap.

Meanwhile, BAM Construction, responsible for the construction of the Blue Light Hub project on the Furness Peninsula, continues to make strides in the construction industry. Their projects, like those of Caddick Construction, are contributing to the growth and development of the region.

With the Windermere Marina development nearing completion, the anticipation for the influx of new residents and the boost to the local economy is palpable. The development, once complete, is set to redefine luxury living in the Lake District.
