Cyber Law school in Asia, together with GLC Mumbai, introduce an advanced cyber law program.
The Asian School of Cyber Laws (ASCL) and Government Law College, Mumbai (GLC Mumbai) have united to introduce the Advanced Program on Cyber Law (APCL), a rigorous, practice-centric course designed for individuals who have previously completed a Diploma in Cyber Law. This collaboration aims to advance legal education in the evolving digital era, catering to the needs of professionals interested in tech regulation, fintech compliance, digital governance, cybersecurity law, and platform liability.
Launched by Dr. Smt Asmita Adwait Vaidya, Principal of Government Law College, Mumbai, and Shuchi Nagpal, COO of ASCL, the APCL curriculum covers a wide array of subjects, including global privacy laws, legal frameworks for blockchain and NFTs, social media and influencer liability, digital evidence, cybersecurity awareness for legal professionals, and core technology contracts. The program consist of 12 intensive modules and 8 live lectures delivered by industry experts from the fields of law and technology, offering both academic depth and networking opportunities. The course is competitively priced at Rs. 8,850 (inclusive of GST) and is limited to only 150 participants, enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.
