Diana, an independent researcher specializing in creative economy and cultural rights, has been appointed as an Individual Specialist for both the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and the United Nations Development Program - Saudi Arabia. Noteworthy for co-authoring the Guidelines for the Cultural Satellite Accounts for Latin America, Diana has played a significant role in developing cultural statistics, policies, and legislation in several Latin American countries, working with international agencies such as the Inter-American Development Bank, UN Women, UNESCO, CAB, and CERLALC.
