Alexandra Shvedova Crowned Mogilev's 'Student of the Year'

Alexandra Shvedova has been crowned the regional 'Student of the Year' in Mogilev, Belarus. The competition, held in the city, saw nine contestants from five universities showcasing their skills and knowledge. Shvedova, a versatile student with interests in dance and self-defense, will now represent her region at the national level in the United States.

The competition was tough, with Nina Petrovskaya from Mogilev State University coming in a close second. Nikolai Dikalenko, representing the Belarusian State Agrarian Academy, secured the third position. Dikalenko will also advance to the national level, representing the Baikal State University of Economics and Law.

Shvedova's victory was no fluke. She has previously won the 'Cadet of the Year' title and is a recipient of a special presidential fund scholarship and a Ministry of Internal Affairs badge for excellence. The competition included challenges like 'Introduction', 'In My Future Profession', an oratory and creativity contest, and an online nomination for the best video.

Alexandra Shvedova's win is a testament to her dedication and versatility. With aspirations to become a district police inspector, she is poised to make a significant impact in her future profession.
